Refinancing at affordable rates

Refinancing was high on my list of priorities when I contacted lowvarates.com. The house of our dreams is now ours

After returning from Iraq because of an injury, my husband proposed to me and I agreed instantly. However, before getting married, the expensive houses shown to us by different real estate agents frustrated us to the extent of wanting to give up searching for our dream house.

 

Yet, it was the last real estate agent who recommended that we use VA Loan to buy any house we like. Upon visiting its website, we found out that my husband was eligible for a VA Loan  because of his status as a veteran, and upon further browsing we decided on the VA Purchase Mortgage Loan.

 

We could buy any house we wanted now, and that, too, without any advance payments. In addition, the policy that VA Loan had was the most appealing part of the deal, for we had to pay a small additional monthly mortgage insurance but didn’t need to pay high interest rates, so our modest monthly income didn’t stretch past its limits.

 

Thanks to our loan plan, hubby and I now own a house that is filled with happiness, and in a few months will be have one more member to enjoy it.
